Relieve Care is a Minnesota licensed home care agency and residential care provider in Anoka County, Minnesota. We are an agency that focuses on the well being of our clients, and strive to provide affordable, quality home care and residential personal care services. Our well trained personnel provide excellent care to disabled individuals. Our 24/7 client services include but are not limited to bathing, dressing, preparing meals, completing housework, keeping up with scheduled medications of clients and arranging client’s doctors visits. We stand for quality and integrity and promise to deliver reliable and efficient service to our clients.

Specific Duties and Tasks
- Coordinate and care of 4 clients residing in the home

- Manage clients appointment

- Manage clients funds/spending money

- Maintain and upkeep the client's living environment through coordination of care

- Conduct interviews and selection of CNAs, PCAs and HHAs
- Participate and coordinate new employee orientation and training
- scheduling staff for client engagements
- coordinating clients and staff to achieve compatibility and ensure client and family satisfaction
- Manage staff disciplinary action and rewards

Qualifications:
- 1-2 years experience in health related field
- High school diploma required
- Bachelors or associates degree preferred
- Knowledge of private duty home healthcare preferred
-Demonstrates superior customer service skill
- Ability to effectively communicate and work on a team
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills
- Valid Driver’s License (Class D) with acceptable record required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
